The disputed amount of $540.58 has been resolved. The auto policy was cancelled back to 11/4/17 as requested and the bill for $540.58 was reversed and the customer has a zero balance due. higher with a higher deductible than the National General policy. On 1/5/18,  the customer started another auto policy with Progressive. I have also reached out to the customer to advise there is no longer a balance due and the billing issue has been resolved.
