present that the certificate was supposed to have arrived but at the said time, had not yet arrived and that I will immediately notify them as soon as it arrives, for collection.Customer did call me a few times to ask if the certificate was ready, and each time I explained that he will definitely be notified as soon as it's available.The pre-licencing course certificate booklet arrived on Tuesday June [redacted] 2015, and customer was notified of it's availability.On Friday July [redacted] 2015 customer came to the office, I tendered my personal apology for the late arrival of the document, he signed, picked up the certificate, and the matter was amicably resolved.Sincerely,Leo M[redacted]

Review: I payed money for the 5 hr prelicense course. The NY DMV states the provider is supposed to give the certificate right after the 5 hr class. However, this auto driving place has not given my certificate yet. Its been almost 2 weeks! The owner keeps delaying it saying he still hasn't received it in the mail. He is supposed to have it prior to giving the class. This school is very unprepared unprofessional and horrible service.Desired Settlement: I would like my certificate which I payed for and completed the 5 hour course.
