I am rejecting this response because:At no time did we request "outside service only". My wife specifically told her, once she informed her of the three week backlog, that she would check her calendar and get back to her. She did not schedule ANY service at that time.My wife and I were in our car at the time using the hands free function for the phone so I heard both sides of the conversation.I'm sorry they are going through the medical issues and the fire fighting but that does NOT give her the right to treat my wife the way she did.We have not had this type of issue with any other businesses in the area. We order service and pay while they are at our house.I believe this person is rude to the extreme and taking her misfortune out on my wife. Of course my wife questioned the invoice. No service was ever ordered. She didn't get upset until this woman told her "you don't know what you're talking about".It's obvious from her answer that she had a lot going on in her life. If only she could admit she may have been harsh and may have made an error but I don't believe that is going to happen.

This did partially happen, the answering machines message was NOT that we were on vacation, we were on a family emergency, we were in Denver, Colorado with our daughter giving our 9 year old granddaughter a kidney transplant in Denver, Colorado. We did return the call and stated...
that we were 3 weeks booked but since it was only exterior work we may be able to work her in. I was gone for 2 months, and there has been a lot of confusion since I returned, because our son was shipped to Washington to fight the fires that have been totally out of control. which he is our employee. I did tell her when she called very irate, that I would get ahold of them and check to see if it was done or if the invoice was sent out by mistake. She continued to argue, and I DID say not to ever call us again, that we did not need to do business with her, she did not give me a chance to find out with the guys if the invoice was sent out by mistake. I told her not to worry about paying until I found out what took place.
