My name is [redacted] I have reached Ms [redacted] regarding fixing her bed frame and ordering any parts that are damaged regarding the bed. And free of installation of charge to do so. She refused my help and only wants to get another bed and she already have used the bed that she has and we can’t just... get her a new kind of a bed frame that is different than the one she got. Shes been very hard to deal with before she mentioned that she wants to complain to the ***. We at Rugs and home design and the finance company been trying to help her fix the issue and all she wants is refund for something that she had then already used for 2 months and making payments on it. We don’t know if Ms [redacted] broke the bed trying to take it a part but regardless we were trying to fix it for her. I am rejecting this response because:I did not state that I wanted a new bed there is no way I would accept a new bedI stated that I prefer to not pay for the bed frame but will pay for the mattressIf [redacted] has ordered the parts back on November 4, like he said he would to me and the insurance company then why is it December 9, and I have not heard from [redacted] or seen the parts he supposedly ordered so resolve my problem [redacted] likes to give his customers a run around experience that I decline to take apart ofPlease end this and cancel my account regarding the bed frameI will pay for the mattress and that is allIt is ridiculous what this company has put me through being a loyal customer before and referring friends and family to them after I have been warned by many others to not work with them
