I recently took my dress shirts to the Summit Cleaners and asked for heavy starch and the shirts to be placed in a box When I opened the boxes at home, the shirts had NO starch and the collars were wrinkled When I returned to the cleaners, the owner told me that some shirts get starch and some don't in his process I told him that I had asked for and paid for heavy starch He refused to redo the shirts, and no refund was offered!! After returning home, I called and told him I would dispute the charge on my credit card; and he rudely said he didn't care I will NEVER go back to this business and will definitely share this negative experience in our tight community!!!
