Thank you [redacted] for allowing us the time to try to work this out with the [redacted]' s.  We have a non - refund deposit policy.  We will re - apply that deposit to a hunt in that year.  This policy is standard in the industry.  (See Highland [redacted] Ranch, [redacted]...

[redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted] etc .....)  The [redacted]'s family has had wonderful hunts here in the past : and for that reason we have done every thing possible to resolve this. I personally offered [redacted]  40% more than he deposited toward their hunt. We have scheduled and re - scheduled locking up time frames we cannot resell. We have been working with this for over 3 years. we have a 1 year re-schedule policy.  What is not understood is when they cancelled the original hunt 24 days before the Oregon State tag Draw, we lost $45,000 in revenue. We cannot re - book these hunts with such short notice. We are still extending the full use of their deposit, 2 years after the normal termination policy. they are welcome to use it.   Attached is a time line of our communication.
