Review: I took my 2003 [redacted] to Ruggeri [redacted] of [redacted] to have repair work done and a stereo installed. Week one - I have the air conditioner replaced in my vehicle and it is fine. I also needed to have a window regulator replaced and another electronic key made. They call us to tell us the part for the window regulator was not in but if we needed the car for the weekend to pick it up and they will call us when the window regulator part comes in. My fiance' and I go to pick up my car and the staff cannot find my car, my paper work or my key to the car. After about an hour we find our car in the shop still. We bring the car back to have the window regulator fixed and decide to add on other repairs. We asked to have the front and back bumper painted along with putting in a stereo we bought. Well the mechanic took apart the wrong door. And then repaired the right door. In the meantime they don't put back the wrong door properly and the window doesn't work and the locking mechanism isn't working either. The next day after we pick up my car,I am driving down [redacted] in Philadelphia, it's pouring out and the drivers side window falls down in between the 2 panels of the door. I pull over to the side of a major highway to fix my window and could have been easily hit by another car. Pulled up my window and wedged it so it wouldn't fall down again. Then on the door that the window mechanism needed to be fixed they put the door back together and do not put the door handle on properly to open the car from the inside. Another dangerous circumstance if I was in an accident with a passenger, and they don't tell us that it is not working properly. They put in the stereo we purchased and now now the speakers on the door panels don't work. They tell us it is the new/used stereo and we should put the old one back in. So we give them the previous stereo and they put it in and apparently the amplifier is now blown. And neither stereo works properly and this is all coincidental they say. GRRRRRRR!!Desired Settlement: I want them to do the right thing and fix cars properly. They are suppose to replace the amplifier that they blew - do they really think the mechanic is going to admit to all of his mistakes about the door'(s) and now the amplifier. I want my car fixed properly and I want it to be safe.

I am writing to let you know that the issue has been resolved. Although, I am still not happy with the business because they told me my car was finished and it was not finished nor was it safe to drive.
Thank you,
