Rug Pad USA

We ordered two water-resistant, higher end felt rug pads from RugPadUsa.com about three weeks ago.
We waited, and we waited. Then we waited some more.
I finally called to find out what was going on.
It turns out that U.P.S. had never marked our parcels for delivery. (Odd? Yes. Plausible, though? Yes. *** happens. It just does.)
Well, I was upset, as I had out of town company coming and (!!!) still no rug pads.
The company issued me an apology and a fifteen percent refund of just under forty dollars as a way to make it up to me, but -- to be honest -- I was still pretty much a d*** about it on the phone with the guy who helped me.
(Yeah. It's true. I can be a total *** sometimes.)
My rug pads have now arrived, and I'm very happy with them both.
I'm writing this review to thank the folks at RugPadUsa.com for their patience, and for their graciousness with me, The World's Biggest *** :)
In spite of the gllitch, I'll buy from this company again in the future. (One one time glitch does not a pattern of behavior make.)
The rug pads I bought appear to be of very, very good quality, and both pads I purchased were boxed up very, very well.
