We recently discovered an issue with our shipments to [redacted], so we had to put all [redacted] orders on short-term hold until we resolve it. The shipping is supposed to be door-to-door with no additional customs or duties to be paid by the receiver. We discovered this is not the case and that the...
shipping carrier is contacting the customer prior to final delivery and demanding additional payment for government fees. Since we prefer the customer not to pay these fees and experience a delivery delay, we take care of these fees upfront. This is not the case recently, so we are working with [redacted] and [redacted] to try to resolve this.In regard to our mutual customer, please be advised that we have issued the full refund today after seeing this complaint - We prefer to to hold the order or the money if the customer cannot wait until we resolve the issue.
