Rug Expo

I have been dealing with 2 different salesmen at Rug Expo on the purchase of 1-2 rugs for my home. The 1st salesman left 2 rugs at my house on 8/4/19 and took my rug to clean for consignment. He took my credit card information and charged me $3,648.00 ($3,448.00 for 2 rugs + $200 for cleaning my rug). The very next day on 8/5/19, I informed the salesman that I didn’t like the rugs. He asked me to wait until that Friday to come in and see other rugs. We came that weekend and tried out more rugs at our house on Sunday, 8/11/19, with a different salesman. That same day, the salesman took back all of their rugs and returned my rug uncleaned.

I do not want any of their rugs and have none in my possession. I have followed up on my refund multiple times and have received no response.
