I am writing this in response to a complaint we received yesterday via our Manager at the Rufus RV Park Our mail at the RV Park is delivered to a PO Box and the complaint letter was sent to our street address It was also addressed, not to the Manager or one of the Owners, but to a person who previously rented at the RV Park, but has not stayed there for almost two years Therefore it seems I only have one day to respond to this complaint!The complaint is concerning our WiFi which we sell for $per month This is the only complaint we have had about the WiFi and we are sorry this person is having trouble with their connection We are more than happy to refund the cost of the WiFi Our internet provider has assured us that the WiFi is running properly.Thank you,Bonnie T***Owner/MemberRufus RV Park PS Since the sending of this email, we have refunded the $to the complainant and he has signed a receipt stating he has accepted the refund
