My 2015 Nissan Rogue was at Rufo Autobody following and accident that occured on 10-4-2019. The vehicle was there until 12-13-2019. This shop failed to complete all repairs at that time and on a subsequent visit from 1-17-2020 to 1-27-2020. The repairs are still not fully completed which has been verified by Mapfre and Geico Insurance Companies. This includes but may not not be limited to:
Lift Gate Lock Assembly Not Replaced
Lower Trim Panel Not Replaced
Left Rear Tail Light damaged and consistent with original loss
Tail Light Assembly Not Replaced
Paint Not Blended or the Correct Color.

Repair I am requesting all work to be fully and correctly completed that has been identified by Mapfre and Geico insurance carriers as well as a rental vehicle is to be provided during the time the vehicle is being repaired. Rufo Autobdy has been paid by Mapfre for this work and it must be completed correctly, carefully and my vehicle be restored to like condition prior to the accident.
The Customer cites the following deficiencies in the repair of a 2015 Nissan Rogue:
1. Lift Gate Lock Assembly Not Replaced.
Response: A factory Nissan Lift Gate was purchased for this repair and included with that assembly was a Lift Gate Locking mechanism.
2. Lower Trim Panel Not Replaced.
Response: Initial inspection of the vehicle revealed scratches and damage to the Trim Panel not related to the accident. In follow up the Customer obtained a Supplement from Commerce for replacing this Panel at another body shop so the replacement should occur at that shop.
3. Left Rear Tail Light Damaged and Consistent with Original Loss/Tail Light Assembly Not Replaced.
Response: The Customer was reimbursed for the Tail Light Assembly consistent with the estimate.
4. Paint Not Blended or the Correct Color Product was not used.
Response: At the time of the repairs the technician failed to buff out the blend lines. The blend lines were buffed out at the same time the Tail Light reimbursement was made. The reimbursement and blend correction occurred on 3/10/2020.
