Review: We had HOA approved plans which cost us $850, our designed plans cost $650, that is $1500. Rufino came to look at our plans to pick them up and give us a bid. He said he would get back to us in two weeks. It has been over 6 weeks and we've called numerous times, week after week to get our plans back. No response at all. We've emailed, my husband has called, I have called. These plans show irrigation, all plants, hardscape and detail drawings of a fireplace, BBQ and spa. We want our plans back. It's deplorable for a contractor to take expensive plans and keep them.Desired Settlement: Return the landscape plans. There are 4 pages in our set and measure 24 x 36. We paid for them and are costly.
