Sold me features the unit didn't have, said they would swap out but they never did, when unit failed I was quoted a certain price to fix it and it ended up being triple the price. when I called to complain they said "oh we called and explained that to you," NO they certainly did not. They did nothing to remedy the situation and only offered an insincere apology and bad attitude. I tried reaching them on social media and they blocked me. HORRIBLE SERVICE and LIARS. Will not use them again.
