I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I was told within hours that my lease was denied due to my coapplicant However for the next days, a total of at least hard inquiries were conducted against my credit This was also done after I showed Ball my credit score and was told "we do not foresee a problem with this lease" by their finance guy When I went to return the car they magically found a lender that would approve a purchase only, not a lease While I know Ball will not apologize for their predatory shark like business practices I feel it is important to let future customers know what they can expect Just to prove to you that it was not me, I then got pre-approved for a large loan at a super low %, even with my coapplicant
