Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I have not yet received the check, and will not be satisfied until I have received the check and cashed it. Besides the response here, I have received email messages from Ruff Rescue on May...
5th, June 3rd and June 16th of this year stating that they had mailed the check and I have received no check.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. They have also sent me a check for the full refund since the time this complaint was sent. Thank you for your assistance.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
We have emailed [redacted] all her paperwork as well as registering her microchips for her. She agreed that if that was done she would drop this complaint. We are not paying her subsequent bills as she has failed to give us a bill with the name of the animal on it not just American short hair kitten. We feel we have done what she has asked and that she will still refuse to shut this case, because she thinks she can get more money out of us on an ongoing basis. We gave her the Kittens for one hundred each and she should take responsibility for her kittens and provide any vetting they now need. [redacted]
We put a safety tag on the stated dog they are talking about from Roswell Animal Shelter as it was at the shelter for 7 days and on the 8th morning it gets euthanized. We do not know why the adopters did not get first choice to pull the dog, except from our past experience they do not hold dogs for...
adopters to drive down there. Therefore, the rescue we work with in New Mexico went to animal control to get the dog, who otherwise was going to be euthanized. We work with another rescue and transport team in New Mexico. In the past, we were allowed to give the dog to an adopter in New Mexico, and therefore we thought we would be able to turn over the dog. But it ends up the rescue and transport team denied us to hand over the dog, because they did not want to be liable for the dog in New Mexico as it was pulled from a kill shelter temperament unknown. Therefore the situation was out of our hands when we were told that we could not hand the dog over, as the dog gets transferred between rescues once the dog is in Colorado.
