Gun was sold "AS IS" because it was an antique gun over years oldIn the advertisment, for the gun, we wrote we did not know anything about this gunThe customer asked for more pictures and asked questions about the gun, which, we did send him more pictures and answered the questions he asked
Customer asked to purchased the gun at a lower priceWe packed it up and mailed it off to the customerWhen the customer received the gun, he said he was missing the front sight when he got itThere was a front sight on the gun when we shipped itWe asked the customer to look and see if the piece had fallen off during shippingWe had 4-people look at that gun before we shipped it, and they said it was completeWe asked the customer if we can ship him the missing pieceWe have tried to talk to him, verbally, and he refused to speak with usWe even reached out to our attorney, because of all of the negative stuff the customer had posted on the internet and he was not willing to speak with any of usCustomer asked to text message only, which we do not conduct business over text messaging
