I am responding to complaint [redacted], The customer purchased two products with one of them being non-refundable due to it being software that cannot be returned. We refunded the part that the customer was unhappy with but could not refund the software. the customer threatened charge back even...

though he still is using the software to tune the truck. Rather than continually argue about the reason we cannot refund this or the fact that he is still using the software we went ahead and refunded the remaining amount in full on 11/15/17. I apologize for you frustration but unfortunately Ford will not refund cores without the original box as stated on our listings....
