We do not know why the customer involved the Revdex.com and Rudy Glass Company, when they were experts on the IWC warranty( see attached)
All they had to do was notify IWC to take care of their warranty issueWe have contacted customer and are sending off request to IWC for

You are liars never said we even had a warranty.  Your company said repeatly we had NO warranty on the windows or the rollers.  Never did we use profanity, and threats on the phone against our company.  We never used profanity and what threats did we make against your company.  The home is under warranty and we did call IWC first and they instructed us to get service request from you.  So far they haven't contacted us, so the case will remain open.
