Rudolphs Standard Furniture

Review: October 2012, the furniture store delivered a mattress set (which I paid $800 cash for)to my home. By the first of December 2012 the mattress had a sunken place that would not fill in. This has continued to sink and is now to 3" in the lowest part. I have contacted the store twice and they won't honor the product and I have contacted the [redacted] company and they haven't and won't do anything about it.The [redacted] company said I would have to go through the store and if it was delivered to my home, they would not honor the warranty. How does that make any sense. The store people said, "we haven't had any complaints". So, needless to say, I will have to save my pennies to try to get a better mattress in the future. I sure won't be replacing with this product. This is a difficult situation for someone my age. This product is causing problems with my back, but I am sure no one cares. I have tried for over a year with these people. Wish you could have some influence with correcting these practices. thank you for your time.Desired Settlement: voucher for replacing with another product.

Hi,We hadn't heard from customer till about 3 weeks ago and she asked when she bought the matt set and said thanks. Then our [redacted] salesman called and emailed info as she called or wrote [redacted] corp office and THEY TOLD HER TO GO THRU DEALER. I haven't heard from her but I told [redacted] salesman we would look at it when we get to Helena area. My fault as I should have called her but was out of town for vacation for 12 days. We should be up to helena area soon to look at matt for warranty inspection. once we do that we give info to [redacted] and they have final warranty say but they are usually fair and good. Has to be clean and clear of any stains. I will call her and tell her we will be up as soon as we can.
