The installation of our new boiler went very smoothly Chris was very careful not to track dirt into the house Everything he had to move was put back in place before he left He even re-lit the pilot on the gas fireplace after he turned the gas back on
We had some major plumbing issues that required us to completely shut down one of our bathrooms. The drains underneath the house had come apart and created quite a mess. After our sons cleared out the mess and assessed the situation, they found it necessary to call a plumber to fix the problem. A call was made to Gibson's and a short time later that same day, Heath M arrived, took a look at the problem, gave us an estimate to fix the problem, and upon agreement went to work right away. Within a few hours he had everything fixed and back in working order. He was very professional, and had exceptional knowledge about what needed to be done. He was a very friendly and courteous young man. We would highly recommend Heath and Gibson's Heating & Plumbing to anyone who needs these type of services!
Our service representative (Marvin H) was excellent He provided us with excellent service When you don't have hot water it is a BIG problem Marvin diagnosed the issues and corrected them

We had a carbon monoxide alarm go off in our garageWe believed it tobe our furnaceWe cakked Gibson Heating and Plumbing and Bob T was sent out to check our furnaceHe discovered we had a back draft which was causing carbon monoxide to enter our homeHe then took apart our furnace and discovered a multitude of problems including no air exchange from the atticHe is extremely knowledgable, professional and courteous We can not say enough good things about his serviceWe were made aware of our burner being shot and our heat exchange on the verge of cashing inWe had many people here over the years and no one ever mentioned these problemsHe may have saved our lives
We phoned Gibson's Heating and Plumbing around 8:a.mstating we had a problem with hot water heater that had leaked, and had no hot water Tech was on another job, but by 10:we received a call that a tech was coming our way By 2:p.mthat day, we had a new hot water tank installed! Very kind people to deal with on the phone, and pleasant tech in my home We so much appreciate the prompt service too!
The team from Gibson's did a great job installing our new a/c & furnace. Chris and Tyler were our installation staff and were very friendly and provided great service. They explained things to me during the installation and answered all of my questions. They did an excellent job overall.
the phone operator was very professional and courteous and was helpful with scheduling the service The repairman was very nice and professional as well However as I am not a plumber I was able to figure out how to remove the handles to the faucet on my own when he stated that he could not figure out how to take of the handles after replacing a shut off valve the repairman stated that he also tightened the hot water shut off valve as well but left the water off as he could not figure out how to make the water turn off when he replaced the valve He asked if anything else was needed and I stated no thank you After the repairman left the hot water shut off valve was leaking as it was not leaking prior to him messing with the shut off valve I have decided to use a different company to replace by now broken shut off valve for my hot water that was previously undamaged prior to him messing with it He was professional and polite I just felt like his ability as a plumber was lackluster and I was able in about one minute how to remove the handles on my bathroom sink to tighten them up I have had great luck with the gentlemen that came and cleaned out my drain in the past and will continue to use them as the need arises to clean my drains out
