be able to warranty the *** lifetime guaranteed alternator so there wouldn't be any charge due for new partsWithout having an *** part installed we are required to return the core into the parts supplier for warrantyWe believe there was a misunderstanding,we understand the part was defective, and we didn't argue the refund for the partWe apologize for theincorrect refund amount we should have included taxGenerally we are unable to refund core charges, but we called *** and they have agreed to refund the core charge.We are able to refund the$back to you, but we do not store credit card information; therefore, in order to refund the card we would need the card numberWe could do a refund over the phone, or we can maila check if you do not wish to return to our shop to receive the refund in personWe would also like to apologize for anyinconvenience
