We then examined every menu in our restaurant and found this accusation not to be true.We do not profess to know where, and Mr. [redacted] could not explain how, he came about the picture he took of a Ruby's menu with the reduced pricing. After discussing and reviewing our menus with Mr. [redacted] he paid his bill and left. There was no further discussion.Regards,
