To Who It May Concern,? This complaint was resolved in a timely manner.? On September 15, 2017, [redacted] sent an email that made it’s way to our corporate office.? After a thorough investigation, it was determined that the maintenance staff took the proper actions within the appropriate amount of time for all maintenance issues and that no outstanding issues were present at the time this complaint was made.? While it appears to be true that there were some communication issues relating to the lease termination process, the Regional Manager for the community and [redacted] were able to reach a mutually acceptable lease buyout agreement and [redacted] moved out on October 6, 2017.? It is our understanding that all resolutions provided were acceptable to [redacted] and that the desired settlement indicated in the complaint was rendered? Sincerely, ?
