First I would like to apologize, Mr***, for my marketing team not removing you from our database quickerDue to sending letters to homeowners in volume, a particular address can sometimes be in the 2nd or 3rd sequence in production before we receive a request to remove an addressWhen the
request comes, we do remove the address but one or two letters may still be in the production process on their way out...but once those are cleared then the system resets and you can count on us not sending you any additional mailI can assure you that was the last letter you will receive from our company and, again, we are sorry for not making it happen in a more timely fashionI will certainly make some changes to our system to prevent this from happening in the future.
I would also like to address the letter I mailed to Mr***, which he makes reference to in his complaint as an "offer." What I'm actually sending him is a nicely written, company letterhead simply inquiring if Mr*** has an interest in selling his home and letting him know that if he so happens to be interested then I am prepared to make a cash offer for it
