Review: We attempted to schedule two fundraisers with this organization and they both failed due to negligence on [redacted]'s end. One was officially scheduled and comfirmed through the official Rubio's website. [redacted] neglicted to tell the restaurant about our fundraiser and they closed early that day so our fundraiser was unable to go on as planned. After numerous attempts to reschedule [redacted] continued to neglect my organization. I called [redacted] and emailed her on numerous occassions and she would either reply that she was working on a solution or completely ignore me. I have the read receipt emails to prove that my emails were read and never replied or dealt with. I feel discriminated against because out of the other organizations that have scheduled fundraisers with them and none have been treated like my organization has.My organization lost several potential funds not only organizing these failed and scheduled events. Also my organization lost money printing out fliers for the event, gas money reimbursing drivers and time that could have been spent at another event.Desired Settlement: I would like a fundraiser reschedule where the required flier to get the 20% compensation get's waived and 20% of all sales for that day gets sent to us.
