Ruben L Villa Construction

Review: Ruben L. Villa installed hardwood floors in our house back in July 2011. There are still a few items that needed to be repaired or replaced. I have been in contact with him for the past year. Every phone conversation I have with him, he promises to come out and replace the molding downstairs around our fire place and fix the molding upstairs by our laundry closet that is not nailed properly. When I confirm a day and time with him to come to my house, he doesn't show up. He will request that I call him prior to him coming out, and when I do, he never answers his phone and doesn't respond back to me. This has been going on for over a year. The last time I spoke to him was two weeks ago. He had promised to come out to my house on July 3, 2012. I called him on July 2, 2012 to confirm. He did not answer his phone. I left a message on his cell phone and he never responded back to me.Desired Settlement: I feel we should be refunded for the items not finished in our house and for the time spent trying to get him out to repair the items.
