know that his cart was missing some hardware pieces that should have come with the productWe placed an order the same day and sent out the parts he needed. We emailed *** *** and provided him with his *** tracking number on 1/and the parts were delivered on 1/11/He replied to the 1/email to thank us and let us know he would contact us back if there were any other issues. He emailed us again on 1/letting us know that he received the parts and his trailer was now completeWe have closed out this case on our end. Please let me know if you need any additional information.
