this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, the business simply left the instructions under my front door, instead of delivering them directly to me face to face.

Review: Howard R[redacted] of Ruark Enterprise came to my residence on July 28, 2014 to give me a quote for a product to install. I let him look at irreplaceable installation instructions in order to assist him how to install the product. He asked to take the instructions home with him in order to assist in his quote. I said that I would like to make a copy of it for him to take home, as I would not be able to get another set. He said no, he wanted to take the original and he promised to come back with the instructions and the quote the next day. He EMPHATICALLY PROMISED TWICE he would bring them back. So, I trusted him. To this date he has not brought the instructions back, nor provided a quote. I have called and left messages for him to bring back the instructions, at the very least, 3 or 4 times. He does not answer my calls nor returns my messages. I wrote and visited the general contractor who referred him to me. I told him what happened and said that I needed those instructions back, as I could not get another set. He wrote or called Howard R[redacted] to bring the instructions back to me. I still do not have those instructions despite going to the general contractor. At this point, I do not expect to receive those instructions back and cannot continue to call in vain. I am hoping that by filing a complaint, it will assist in getting them back. I find Howard R[redacted] to be completely UNTRUSTWORTHY. His actions were a gross breach of trust when he knew the instructions were irreplaceable, and knew I had to have them back.Desired Settlement: I want those instructions back asap!
