Could care less about the little guy!
This company will give homeowners a bid on a driveway, saying "Maybe in October", while all the while they are working big contracts and will only squeeze you in if/when they have the time. They gave me a bid in September... The price was good ($5,000), so I turned away a few private contractors who bid a little higher. Now it's November... and I still don't have a driveway. And it's too late to get one of the private contractors back this season.
First they told me, "October"... then "Late October"... then "First two weeks in November"... and now it is snowing. The reason why I needed a driveway was so I didn't have to shovel snow off of a gravel driveway!
My favorite part was when the sales rep kept saying, in her nicest voice, "Sir, I am not being rude. You are the one who is yelling." It was hard for me to tell her through clenched teeth that it was her company's BEHAVIOR that was RUDE, not her tone of voice.
I wouldn't work with this company now if you paid me.
