Ray was very professional and helpful in replacing my roof, which had been damaged by hail. He knew how to coordinate with my insurance company, and he answered all my questions throughout the process in a prompt manner. His crew worked very hard and long hours to get my roof installed before the next round of bad weather hit. They did an excellent job of cleaning up, I didn't find a single thing they missed at the end of the project.

We recently had RTP repair and replace a section of flat roof for us. Overall, they did a fantastic job and I would recommend them to anyone. Their work was on time, perfectly to spec, and done with great quality. What I especially appreciated was how Ryan and Ray were so communicative throughout the whole process. At every step along the way they answered my questions, explained the process, walked me through what had been done, and generally helped put my mind at ease. In an industry with so many shady folks, I greatly appreciated their openness and professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone and plan to use them again in a few years when we need to complete the rest of our roof.
