The folks at RTM arrived on time and got to work They removed the old shingles and underlayment, repaired any porous areas of the structure and replaced with new underlayment and much-improved shingles Also replaced spouts and flashingThey re-installed gutteringAfter cleaning up all debris, they used a magnet to pick up dropped nails The roof has now been in place for nearly three months and some pretty heavy rain has fallen No leaks Really fine work from some really fine folks
