RTG Parts

Old time customer service,as it it does not exist. Small time vendor with good stuff but terrible terrible service and hard to get someone to answer the phone. I had two AC Unity AR mags break in the same spot, weak feed lips or defective design. They did replace one but hell if they will replace the other. I think they know they are defective so they went silent. Better places to shop these days, buyer beware. They did have issues when they were based in Arizona, effectively chased out of the state. They are now in bufu Wyoming, a likely better hiding place for this Hole in the Wall gang.

I ordered a Benelli mag extension tube from RTG because they saved me about $10 compared to other sellers. After placing the order I realized I had ordered an M1 tube rather than the M2 that I needed. This was after hours so I sent an email explaining my mistake and planned on phoning them in the next day to make sure I received the correct item. Checking my email the next morning I discovered Susan had already taken care of the issue and assured me that all was well. I received the M2 mag extension within 3 days and am very happy with the experience. I will shop with RTG again.

I would like to start out by saying RTG isn't a good site at all! I ordered 2 bakelite mags is there site the mags say unissiued but when received them they were very rough and had really bad markings on them just plain old ungly mags nothing like the pictures they have two posts of theses mags one is an issiued mag for 34 and the unissiued mag for 40 I paid for the unissiued mag! When I contacted them robert reponded to me! not understanding what I order ? That I didn't understand the way Russian plastics work! If I looked them up any where else then I will see what they looked like! Will I have 27 bakelite mags in my collection! He so wrong! There site is misleading! Dont make the same mistake AG ammo and rguns have unissiued mags for real never been inserted into a rifle! The mags I got from them "RTG" where flat out worn to hell and back just trash! 89 dollars down the drain to embarrassed to take out theses mags people will laugh at me for paying that much for worn out mags!

I ordered +4 hk rollers for a hk g3 rifle. Received -4. These are clearly marked wrong. Robert argued with me, questioned my credentials and made me feel very insulted. My first and last order. I will stick with hk parts apex and centerfire for now on. Filing a claim for measly $20 is rediculous.

He didn't offer to send me another set or replace them. He asked me to describe them and said they are right. No not right, these mic out to be 7.96mm not the correct 8.04mm
