Review: I took my parents to Rodolfos for a van repair. There van was shaking on 11/12/2014 around the afternoon we took it to the shop. The following day a about noon. The owner called and spoke with my father to inform him the van was stolen. At that point he didn't report it stolen. The family told our father to report it to the police dept and then contact the insurance. The owner spoke to my father and stated on phone that he will take care of this. Said he'd give money or give him one of his cars. Long story story short. A written agreement was signed by my mom owner of car my father and self as a witness. Owner signed " bill of sale" as part of agreement to pay. When trying to collect funds owner did everything in his power to avoid us from phone calls to meeting face to face. I witness an employee call the owner on 2 occasions reach him by phone. When we attempted to call him it went straight to voicemail that he never responded to our calls even when he said he call us back. The owner said someone on his staff left keys in the van. Negligence on there behalf. I asked if he had a business insurance. He responded "No" I responded back "Why?" he stated cost to much money. The following day still haven't heard from him I decided to take my dad along and go to the business. The owner was drinking a bottle of corona. I comment to him about it and his response was "I'm on break" We end up talking about whats the next step cause my parents need a car. He said he'd asked his wife to go to bank and pick up. Never happened then he said he'll be back in 15 minutes. It turned into an hour and a half waiting in his office. Suddenly a man comes in giving us the blue book on the car and said they are not paying the amount we quoted and said to him he already signed the bill of sale. This guy is [redacted]. He never introduced himself and who he was til I asked him. I then asked for his business card. He said he doesn't have one.
