SPALLING OF CONCRETE AND NOT RETURNING PHONE CALLS.
Had driveway, porch, RV pad ,front walk way (including expansion of walkway),city sidewalk and driveway approach replaced in Aug.2009. Approx. 14 months later the above aforementioned started to show signs of severe spalling. We made approx. 15 phone calls over a 27 month period and left messages on RTA's voicemail but got no response.
Shortly after the job was completed, [redacted] stated if we wanted the concrete work sealed we should call him, which we did but got no response.
