This is also explained to the customer when they sign the paperwork and have the vehicle delivered to them. Mr. [redacted] signed his paperwork and I have enclosed a copy of it. According to our salesman, Ryan [redacted], Mr. [redacted] was satisfied both when he purchased the vehicle on March 16 and later when he picked up his title work from our location. It was not until closer to a month later that Mr. [redacted] came in complaining that the vehicle was leaking transmission fluid and the overdrive was going out and he wanted to know what we were going to do about it. Ryan told him that it had never leaked any fluid while it was on the lot. He then looked under the truck and saw mud, transmission fluid and sticks everywhere. Ryan suggested that Mr. [redacted] put some transmission fluid into the vehicle or it would get worse. Mr. [redacted] told him he was not going to put any fluid in it and he would just wait until it all went out. He then got mad and took off out of Baker Automotive squealing his tires.Mr. [redacted] was satisfied with his vehicle purchase when he drove away as well as when he picked up his title.
