RSR Design & Reconstruction

I recently relocated to the Fort Smith area and purchased a home that needed some upgrading After a lengthy search for a general contractor the plumbing contractor we were using suggested RSR Design & Reconstruction Unfortunately we did not follow through with reaching out to prior customers to see there completed work and do the proper research That would have saved us from a huge headache The contract seemed legitimate and we decided to move forward with construction It didn't take long for the issues to start We were constantly finding work that was not completed properly Walls that weren't level, incorrect paint color or finish, screws that were too long and would damage other finish work, texturing below standards (didn't match other texture), sheet rock replacement not completed yet textured and awaiting painting, no prep work and texture Spackle all over everything, tile work not completed, electrical work that had to be completely redone because it kept tripping the breakerWhen the crew did show up they seemed to be working in circles and never really getting anything completed The on going issue of work not getting completed professionally was the last deciding factor to part ways I am submitting this in hopes that others will read it before choosing this company to do business with
