I sent in my 60gb pson 7/14/got it back on 7/21/2015.These guys know what they are doing,and they do it very professionally.Excellent communication easy written instructions for shipping the unit out to them.The only thing that I wished I could have had done besides the reball service was the fan upgrade for $39.99.,but they didn't have it on their website at the time overall I'm extremely happy that I got my psfixed works like a dream, and the fan runs whisper quiet with an occasional ramp up from time to time not like the fighter jet sounds that it did before it died on me.If you are seriously thinking about getting your psfixed these are the guys I would take it to no one else
