Called a couple months ago because they charged my card and they had canceled whatever service it was. They charged me again on 11-20-18
I get a charge on my account for a couple of months ago from this place, not knowing what it was. I call them, and they said they would cancel the subscription, whatever it was for, and refund me. I never got a refund. So then I get another charge on 11/20/18 for $44.95. They lady said she would cancel it, even after she saw that I had called and canceled it before. Then when I asked to speak to her manager or supervisor, she refused to and told me it was against the company protocol. I told her, how am I suppose to trust that you canceled it if the last guy didn't. She said she canceled and would put in a request for a refund and that she couldn't guarantee me a refund and that I would find out in 7-10 business days if I would get my refund. I told her I wanted someone to call me today and guarantee me that I'm getting my refund. She said they could not make outbound phone calls. I told her I would hold on the line until she could find me someone to talk to and she said that I would just be waiting on the phone with her all day. Then I asked her where exactly she was located, and she said that she was located in the pacific region. And when I asked her about refunding from a couple a months ago, she told me that the claim was too old for her to request a refund.
All I'm looking for is the $89.90 that they owe me back for a service I didn't even request
The account that is listed under this email address has been cancelled and a refund has been issued for $44.95 on 11/25/18 as requested. The 8/15 charge was just a pre authorization and was never processed since account had been cancelled so there is no refund to issue since no charge went through. I do see that the customer cancelled previously so I have sent this to our IT department to look into further in regards to why this had happened, however this account has been fully refunded.
Company signed me up without my permission. Never contacted me on listed email. I was charged by AB/KB Wellness on 4/16, 5/13. 6/12, 7/13, 8/10
Company signed me up without my permission. I moved over three months April, May, June and did not have internet access to see my checking summary. Upon discovering these charges I contacted my bank, and contacted the company. They had switched their name from AB Wellness to KB Wellness. Their customer support stated they would refund my last two months but I insisted on all 5 payments being refunded. She claims this is up to their back office and I insisted they refund all due to no authorization from me.
Refund of all 5 charges.
We received the complaint in the mail and although I do not see a place to respond to this I am writing to inform you that we did issued refunds for the two charges that we were able to 8/22/18 however we attempted to refund the other charges but our merchant will not allow us to. We are unable to issue any further refunds although the attempt has been made.
Hello, Thank you for your reply. I called the business, and told them I had not ordered anything from them or their sister business. They agreed to return the last couple of months charges, but said they would have to discuss with their billing department to decide if they would return the earlier charges. They have started to return the earlier charges a few at a time. I am still uncertain how they obtained my information. I appreciate your assistance.
