We have tried to refund the money to the customer after client cancelled the contract on Saturday July 30th over the phoneWe've informed [redacted] to be patient and we need to follow the steps after cancellation due to expenses already made on our end like: purchase of material, dumpster rental etcAccording to the contract we have business days after cancellation to refund the moneyWe've been very attentive and reassured client that the refund will be ready shortly After we picked up the dumpster we informed client to pick up check on August 10th but on August 9th they informed us that the lawyer is going to send a letter from their office so we were forced to proceed through the lawyer I did every attempt to resolve this matter amicably but the client chose to proceed through the officialsFinally on Sunday August 21st I received his lawyer contact information that I'm forwarding to my lawyer to resolve this matter.You can find a distortion as customer is claiming that never got the copy of the contract or cancellation noticeI attached copy of the cancellation notice that customer signed and emailed to me on his electronic copy
