They were hired to cut down trees and to trim and remove dead wood from all trees on the propertyWork was done were on January2,3,4,but stumps could not be removed at the time due to inability to get machine to site without tearing up lawn because of soft groundIt was not possible at the time to determine whether all the dead wood was removed because the trees were not leafed outWhen I asked how they knew what was dead I was assured that they were able to tell due to their tree trimming experienceThey also were not able to clean up very well I was told that they would come back in the spring when the ground was firm enough to drive machine to site and would take care of the stumps and any clean up necessaryThey did come back once but determined that the ground was still too soft After that they never returned Repeated calls have yielded no results At first they answered and gave excuses- they were in Mn., the stump machine was being repairedWhen I mentioned tha
