I felt like I was getting the run around with other companies, multiple visits of people telling me nothing was wrong and I must be doing something wrong. [redacted] personally took the time to figure out the issue with a the furnace another company had installed and I haven't had an issue since. He even called to follow up and make sure a few days later. I went from being frustrated to being elated. I wish I knew about Cowell Heating & Cooling from the beginning. I would recommend them to anyone!!!!
I recently had a High Efficient furnace , air-conditioning and hot water tank installed . I was extremely impresses with the scheduling, hard work performed and the profession manner of Cowell heating and plumbing . I would highly recommend this contractor for any of your heating and cooling needs
