This work was completed at Mr. [redacted]'s house.  This summer, ** [redacted] went to Mr. [redacted]'s house, met with him, and discussed what needed to be done to complete the whole job; re loam and re hydroseed the FRONT of the house.  They also discussed that all contracted work would...

be completed once the front of the house was done again.  Any other work to be done in the back of the house was determined to be above contract and would be discussed at another time.  The work at the front of the house, as agreed upon, was completed.  After that, Mr. [redacted] called [redacted], designer at R&S and told her that the back of the house needed to be redone also.  ** [redacted] then called Mr. [redacted] to remind him about what was discussed at his house.  Mr. [redacted] became irate and belligerent.  ** [redacted] terminated the phone call and has not heard from him since.  Currently, Mr. [redacted] owes R&S $1220.00 per the contract we entered into with him at the beginning of the summer.  R&S is willing to consider the job to be paid in full at the time.  Please note, R&S landscaping has NEVER been written up in the Revdex.com in over 29 years of business.  R&S is a strong business that is well respected in the area.  R&S wishes to please each and every customer.  We are sorry that was not the case with Mr. [redacted].
