With that said, I am also rejecting theirresponse because: The only time that was wasted was mine. I do not know who [redacted] is and was NEVER directed to speak to him after weeks of complaining about the poor service I was receiving. He is correct as far as having my bike back, and I do not have any additional complaints at this point time. They have given me a free oil change service for my inconvenience, which, considering the amount of money I lost finding alternate transportation for the month + they have had my motorcycle (redoing their own work), is (in my opinion) the least of what they should have done. Regards,[redacted]
