Review: I was first approached in early 2014 by Mr. [redacted]' wife who collected my business card at my booth at a street faire. On April 23th he later emailed me to offer a booth at a Tracy Antiques & Crafts Faire later in the year. I explained I would need to check with my associates and he sent me an application as well as a link to his R&S Global Production website. After examining his website I filled out the application and mailed it along with my check for the required booth fee of $100 to his Stockton office. I followed up with a phone call to him that payment was received and he stated it had arrived and he would be emailing along further information. On May 30th, 1 day prior to the event, June 1st, he left a message on my cell phone stating that the event was canceled due to compliance issues between the organization and city. He would return my $100.00 or apply it to another upcoming event. Over the past six months I have contacted Mr. [redacted] several different times and in different ways, I called and left many messages, I have emailed him and also written him a formal letter demanding the return of my booth payment of $100.Mr. [redacted] has not returned any calls, emails nor has her or his office staff responded to my demand letter.Desired Settlement: I would like my $100.00 deposit returned immediately with interest.
