Review: I am concerned that I have not heard back RS Construction for the past 3 months. [redacted] has an unfinished job to do in my kitchen, and since February **, 2014 I have tried to contact him, via the telephone and with a written request. I have left countless voice mails, and he has failed to call me back.

In the fall of 2012, he installed new cabinet doors in my kitchen. I paid a total of $3,600 for this project. I contacted him in September of 2013 as the paint on all the new doors was cracked.

A few months later, he came by to assess the job and picked-up two doors to fix the paint job. When he returned a few months later on 2/**, the two doors were repainted but with a different white tint. Apparently, he had changed paint supplier and this is why the tints were not matching.

I gave him a check for $350 (50% down) in good faith for him to go back and repaint the two doors and make sure that the color matched the existing color of the cabinets and their frame. He took one additional door as a guide to make sure the tints matched.

I wrote RS Construction a written request on May *, 2014. I left him two voice mails one week later. To date, I am still waiting. No news. No returned phone calls.Desired Settlement: On his last visit on 2/**, we agreed to:

1) For him to return with the three doors, repainted and sealed – to avoid new cracking

2) For him to assess that the white tint on the doors match the color of existing cabinet doors and frames that he painted

3) Take the remaining doors and repaint and seal all of them

4) Collect the remaining $350.

NOTE: If the above won't be done, then I am requesting a full refund on this job - $3,600.
