approved for work to continue with the exception of the canopy. According to the city updated codes the construction of the shed thus far had to be altered up to code. The money recieved from the homeowner thus far have been spent on labor and materials on work completed and on materials for work that was denied by the city. I have taken money out of my pocket to update the work up to code and is waiting on city inspection on 5/11/15. After that inspection I will be taking additional money out of my pocket to finish the work according to city specification. I have all documentation and receipts for everything that was done and purchased for this job. The remaining balance may be kept by the homeowner due to the canopy being denied by the city along with the materials to build the canopy wich cannot be retuned.
