Review: complains its in regards of insurance charges every month a different amount its been charge and surcharges and extra charges are been added to my account..no explanations are given.... even to fill out paper work that I have been taken care of ... I am tired of paying for this extra charges on my account please helpDesired Settlement: If there were charges that weren't applicable to my account I would like to be refunded completely plus interests for wrongful charges

R&R&R Brokerage has not located a policy or file for an insured by the name of [redacted] serviced by them. R&R&R Brokerage has emailed [redacted] and advised that R&R&R Brokerage would resolve the complaint. They cannot do so however without the name of the insured , if she is paying for someones insurance. R&R&R Brokerage has spoken to [redacted] , however she stated that she is not at liberty to advise R&R&R Brokerage who the insured is. R&R&R Brokerage would be happy to resolve any concerns of [redacted] once the policy holder is identified. Thank You for your assistance.
