RRG Custom Shutters

Review: We paid our 50% deposit (~about $3000) on 05/21/2014. We signed the contract. They deferred installation twice with no installation date given. We weren't able to contact them via business phone, cell phone of [redacted] who was supposedly owner and whom we signed contract with, email or SMS. [redacted] also known as [redacted] admitted via email that he lied to us. In addition, he mentioned that he wouldn't be able to deliver the product per contract. He promised to refund the deposit. Again, we deferred once more. This morning, 07/22/2014, at 9:00am, he was supposed to show up for deposit refund. Again, no show and we weren't able to contact him again via all aforementioned communication channels. He did the price quote via RRG custom shutters and told us that RRG and Custom Shutters 4 Less are the same.Desired Settlement: If it's a legit company, respond us and refund our deposit. We want our deposit in cash back.
