I personally worked with Ms*** trying to get her
PTIN and she could not get the correct information that would allow the IRS to
issue this onlineShe was very upset and took it very badlyWe were very
disappointed as
well, as we had reserved a fulltime position for Ms***
Her instructor made numerous attempts to contact Ms*** to get her to
come back in so she could assist herShe would not accept phone calls or
return phone callsHer classmates also attempted to contact her to come back
inAs of March 13th, she still will not accept the instructor's phone
calls or return any of the callsTo mail in for a PTIN she is required to
furnish notarized id which we do not have for herWe pay the fees to renew or
obtain a PTIN for all our employees that work through the first two months of
tax season and is not tied to their taking the Tax Course
The fee we charge is for many things that we offer in our
classesPaying for the PTIN is just one of the benefits we offer to our
employees We offer unlimited continued education, hands on access to
our software, text books, work books, numerous instructor led classes, prep
rallies, paid training once employed, etcIt is our feelings that Ms
*** left us and the fulltime position we had held for herWe cannot
guarantee that all students will be offered a position or be able to obtain a
PTIN.
We are very sorry that she was unable to obtain a PTIN
online in our office with us payingWe further feel she should have taken or
returned our calls then and now
Since we received your first notification on March
14th, five additional calls have been made to the number you provided
which is the same number that had been called numerous times in
December and January with no answer or return call as requested on the
message left by the instructor.

I have not been
contacted by anyone from this organization since I took my paperwork into the
Bowling Green office on 12/30/2013.  The information in this response is
incorrect.
